Twin towns
The contact with the twin towns has a special role in the life of Balatonlelle. It has two official partner towns. The local government made the first agreement with Szentegyháza in Transylvania, then with Ramstein-Miesenbach in Germany.
The twin towns meet every year, both in the home town and in the partner towns. The aim of the programmes is to get more information about the history, culture and economy of the twin towns and to help the citizens to contact each other.
